Food Grade Greases

SARFOOD 3H GREASE is a non-toxic, food grade product, designed for use primarily as a release agent (NSF 3H) on grills, ovens, loaf pans, chopping boards, butchery benches and other hard surfaces in direct contact with meat, poultry and other food products to prevent food adhering during processing. Formulated with the addition of anti-wear and other additives making it also suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces.

SARFOOD ASSEMBLY GREASE is a high performance, non-toxic grease-like compound with a high solids content designed for use as an assembly lubricant for bushes, sliding surfaces and small open plastic or metal gears. It is also suitable for use as an anti-seize compound for threaded fasteners. The product is designed to prevent damage during start up and protect against premature wear during the running-in period. Sarfood Assembly Grease can also be used for applications requiring a ceramic paste.

SARFOOD HIGH TEMP 2 GREASE is a high temperature resistant food grade product, containing PTFE anti-wear and other additives. Suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces, and formulated to resistant a wide range of chemical cleaning solutions used in the food and drink industries.

SARFOOD HTS 2 GREASE is a very high performance grease based on a blend of PAO synthetic base oil and specialised polymers, together with the latest food grade additive technology and a specially modified inorganic thickener. The result is a product which out-performs other premium high water-resistance grease such as aluminium complex and calcium-based grades. Designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication.

SARFOOD PLUS 2 GREASE is designed to cover a wide range of food safe applications, encompassing extremes of temperature, wet and saturated environments, heavily loaded applications and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants. Extreme pressure anti-wear additives and PTFE combine to provide a high degree of load carrying performance. Suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces.

SARFOOD PLUS EP00 GREASE is designed to cover a wide range of food safe applications, encompassing extremes of temperature, wet and saturated environments, heavily loaded applications and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants. Extreme pressure anti-wear additives and white lubricating solids combine to provide a high degree of load carrying performance. Suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces.

SARFOOD PREMIER EP00 GREASE is a high performance, food grade, extreme pressure grease with enhanced resistance to heavy loads and water, based on a PAO over-based calcium sulfonate. This technology outperforms other premium, high temperature greases such as Lithium Complex and Aluminium Complex and is designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication in food processing applications. Ideally suited for low to medium speed bearings operating under adverse conditions.

SARFOOD PREMIER EP2 GREASE is a high performance, food grade, extreme pressure grease with enhanced resistance to heavy loads and water, based on a PAO over-based calcium sulfonate. This technology outperforms other premium, high temperature greases such as Lithium Complex and Aluminium Complex and is designed to provide superior performance at elevated temperatures and during periods of infrequent lubrication in food processing applications. Ideally suited for low to medium speed bearings operating under adverse conditions, and offers exceptional performance for Pellet Press machines.

SARFOOD STANDARD GREASE is a premium quality, water resistant grease for use in food processing environments where incidental food contact may occur. Designed for applications where frequent wash-down of plant is essential, and is suitable for use on both plain and anti-friction bearings.

SARFOOD ULTRA CLEAR GEL is a synthetic gel-like grease suitable for a wide range of applications in food, drink and pharmaceutical industries or where a clean lubricating grease is desired. Non-melting, non-toxic and suitable for the lubrication of plain and rolling element bearings as well as for the lubrication of plastic components and O rings. The inclusion of PTFE provides good anti-wear properties.

SILICONE GREASE NO.2 is a high-temperature-resistant grease containing PTFE anti-wear and other performance additives. Suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings and sliding surfaces, and formulated to resistant a wide range of chemical cleaning solutions, and formulated to make it suitable for use in the food and drink industries.
